Great experience with the team here at Blue Springs Collision Repair. I want to preface that I was rear ended and had extremely minor damages to my car and it was fully functional and drivable. I mention this so it is understood that I could have taken my car anywhere of my choosing. But after carefully reviewing local shops in my area, the reviews spoke for themselves on the quality of work this place is capable of. While quality of work is important, I firmly believe the overall experience is just as much a concern, and Blue Springs Collision made it clear to me after working on my 2025 Camry that they can do both seamlessly; they provided excellent service while delivering quality work on my vehicle, making it look the same as it did when I bought it. Joe was fantastic in quoting me, setting proper expectations on how the whole process would work and even finishing the car early with no issues or hiccups. I thank him and his team for being great at what they do and I hope this review helps others in their quest to find a trusting group of people to repair something as important as the vehicle they drive. While I hope to never be in a situation to need them again, I know where I will be returning in the event I, or someone I know does.

I got rear ended after just purchasing my car. Was recommended to blue springs collision repair from the dealership. Instantly got an estimate and everything was worked out. They are professional and respectful. Didn’t BS with getting the job done. Dropped off on Monday was ready for pickup by Thursday. Great job. Can’t even tell. They understood the needs and took care of us.

Joe and the team did an INCREDIBLE job after a deer decided it wanted to hug my car. He set timelines and addressed all issues with me. He did it faster than expected and made my car look like it was brand new off the lot. There's not 6 stars to give him which I wish I could. I can’t even express my gratitude enough with this company. They took my Malibu in for some rear end damage from a hit and run in June 2025 I just got her back and she is absolutely stunning. They called me and walked me through everything. When Joe noticed I was missing a strip from my drivers side he kindly called and asked me if they wanted me to match it with the passenger side completely free of charge when they didn’t have too. They also gave my car a nice bath and vacuumed her out for me. I will definitely recommend this place and if needed I will always go back. If I could give them more than a 5 star rating then I would.

The total experience with Blue Springs Collision Repair was top notch! I went here because they were recommended by a friend who had a positive experience. Joe and Jack are easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. My repair was going through my insurance and I do not have much experience with collisions, (thank goodness), but I received a great explanation of the process from Joe. Dropping the car off for repair was easy as they have an key drop box. They had my car on Monday and it was done the following Monday. I felt this was a very reasonable turn-around time. Man, when I picked up my car and saw it, I was not sure if it was my car because it looked so good! Not only was the repair done to perfection, but other things had been done which I did not expect. The car was cleaned, inside and out, and waxed! I needed one of my headlight assemblies replaced during the repair and was expecting to replace the other on my own dime so it would match the new one, but to my amazement they had polished the old headlight so it looked like new! They also attached a loose body trim panel which I had been dealing with for some time. This was not associated with the repair and was even on the other side of the car than the repair. I would say that the "chain" collision repair shops would not have given this any consideration, so I look at it as going above and beyond! Actually, the repair and the service was all above and beyond. I would recommend Blue Springs Collision Repair to anyone I know. I would go back in a heart beat but, knock on wood, I will not need any body work in the future 🙂 Thank you to Joe and the crew!
